One to One Yoga Sessions with Jules

One to one teaching is the optimal way to adapt Yoga to the individual student.

It is the traditional way of teaching Yoga and enables the individual to gain the maximum therapeutic benefit from the practice.

  • Personalise your Yoga practice to individual needs
  • Explore how you can benefit from a specific practice designed for you and your body
  • Make appropriate modifications to the practice as you improve and benefit from practising regularly

Each session is tailored to individual needs and there are no specific rules.

We will look at:

  • What you want to achieve
  • Your needs and abilities
  • Any health issues or problematic areas
  • How much time you have available to practice

Some people only take one session and then take on their personal practice plan at home. Others like a more regular session and this practice can be adapted to their changing needs and goals or to move forward with their progress.

A one-to-one or small group session provides focused attention and fulfilling results and can be done face to face or virtually on line.
